How do I start a return?

To start a return, log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section. Select the order, click “Request Return”, and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll receive a return label and further instructions via email.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other returns (like size or preference changes), a small return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! If you’d prefer to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), you can select “Exchange” during the return process. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received.
